In case of no show a charge will be applied according to the rate's cancellation policy

Cancellation policy:

Late cancellation: If cancelled up to:

• 14 days before date of arrival from June 01st to September 14th; no fee will be charged, if cancelled later, 100% of the stay will be charged;
• 7 days from March 27th until May 31st plus September 15th to October 26th; no fee will be charged, if cancelled later, 100% of the stay will be charged;
• 3 days from January 01st to March 26th and from October 27th until December 31st until 18:00 (local time) no fee will be charged, if cancelled later, 100% of the stay will be charged.

• No-Show & Early departures: In case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the stay will be charged.

• In case of Non-refundable Offers: If cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

• Exception New Year’s Eve (28th December to 1st January) Payment: 50% at the time of booking and remaining 50% until 5 days before arrival date. Any cancellation less than 14 days (until 06:00 pm local time), the 50% deposit will not be reimbursed. For cancellations less than 5 days (until 06:00 pm local time), no- show and/or early departure the Hotel will charge the total amount of the stay. No refund will be given.
